I always do a lot of research when making a purchase of this size and the number of e-bike companies out there right now is pretty intimidating to someone new to the market. So, after visiting several brick and mortar bike shops and scouring the web, i decided to purchase the Letrigo minivan. Let me just say, "this bike is awesome!" It took about a week to arrive and the minimal assembly required took about 30 minutes to complete. I got the rear passenger kit and had questions during installation. The Letrigo support team responded within an hour with a detailed video and step by step instructions and i was ready to ride! I took my 4 year old daughter on our first ride and we had a blast! This bike is so much fun ! The belt drive provides a smooth ride and the motor is very powerful. The display is amazing! The kick stand is sturdy and allows you to load the kids before starting out.
